2024 SBH Shirt Order Form

Each year SBH provides each of our students with 1) a SBH polo shirt from Lands End, and 2) a SBH house t-shirt. These shirts are part of the program and you won’t be charged extra for these shirts.

SBH t-shirts with the logo printed on the front are available to purchase for parents, siblings, grandparents, or friends! This order form will used to give us the right size for your children and gives you an opportunity to place additional orders, all in one place. (Each additional shirt ordered costs $20).

Directions:

For each individual ordering a shirt, please indicate prefered sizes for Polo and T-Shirts. The two companies (Lands End for Polo and Southwind Press Shirt Printing) calculate their sizes differently.
