Bishop Museum
Excursion RSVP
Tuesday, March 28 at 9:30am
Please have your students wear their SBH polo shirts, and bring a sack lunch with water.
COST:
Adults - $11.95
Youth - $7.95
Children under the age of 4 are free.
SBH Students and Tutors will be covered by SBH. All others will need to pay their own way by paying Deacon Ben at the excursion with a check or Venmo.
ARRIVE @ 9:30am
Personal vehicles will be required to pay the $5.00 parking fees in the museum lot.
The museum will have us enter around 10am.
Upon arrival, please proceed to the School Group Entrance to the right of the Bishop Museum's main entrance. This entrance is also known as the "Education Walkway." If you have any trouble finding the group once you arrive at the museum grounds, please feel free to call Deacon Ben - (808)485-9161.
Lunch will be at 11:30am outside next to the museum.
DEPARTURE: We will leave the museum at 12pm.
Like all our excursions, parents will need to be present during excursion unless you give express permission to another parent to be responsible and liable for your child. SBH as a program is not directly responsible for the safety or well being of students while on excursions due to our limited insurance coverage. However, we will of course all take care of each other and watch out for the kids together while we’re on these excursions!

If you are planning on carpooling with someone else, you don’t need to complete this form. The driver of the carpooling vehicle will include all the children they are bringing on this form.
